Each lot of our cells are validated for specific gene expression, self-renewal, differentiation capacities (if applicable), karyotyping and tested negative for mycoplasma.
All our cell lines were screened for HIV, HTLV, Hepatitis B and C.

LIVE CULTURE
CYTONEX® Human Dental Pulp Mesenchymal Stem Cells (hDPSCs) were isolated from adult third molars collected during extraction of a donor’s “wisdom” teeth.
Cells were cryopreserved at primary passage and tested negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. CYTONEX® hDPSCs are guaranteed through 10 population doublings to express CD105, CD73, CD29 and to not express CD34, CD45, HLA-DR and undergoes multilineage differentiation (chondrogenic, osteogenic and adipogenic).
Live culture of hDPSCs will be delivered in T75 flask which contains approximately 2 million cells.

Human Foreskin Derived Fibroblasts (hFDF)
LIVE CULTURE
CYTONEX® Human Foreskin Derived Fibroblasts were isolated from foreskin collected from donors during circumcision.
Cells were cryopreserved at primary passage and tested negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. Live culture of hFDF will be delivered in T75 flask which contains approximately 2 million cells.
