The antioxidant properties and microbial load of Moringa oleifera leaves dried using a prototype convective air-dryer
Low-cost convective-air dryer preserves Moringa leaf antioxidants, reduces microbes, and reveals bioactive compounds—promising sustainable preservation and sanitizer potential.

Antiproliferative effects of dried Moringa oleifera leaf extract on human Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cells
This study is the first to investigate the cytotoxicity of a highly valued medicinal plant, Moringa oleifera, on human Wharton’s Jelly mesenchymal stem cells (hWJMSCs) and its effects on the cells’ gene expression when used as a pre-treatment agent in vitro.

A Review of Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering (SERS) for the Characterisation of Extracellular Vesicles
This paper is beneficial as a comprehensive review of Extracellular Vesicles (EVs) analysis, which addresses the growing importance of EVs and highlights SERS as a promising, non-invasive, superior sensitivity to conventional Raman and other characterisation methods.

An Optimized Serum and Xeno-Free Expansion Protocol for Wharton's Jelly- derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells as a Clinically Compliant Alternative for Serum-Based Culture
This study presents an optimized culture method for Wharton’s Jelly-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (WJMSCs) using a serum and xeno-free system.

Scalable Production of Clinically Compliant Immunomodulatory Extracellular Vesicles from Wharton’s Jelly-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells for Translational Applications
A scalable method for isolating extracellular vesicles (EVs) using tangential flow filtration and size exclusion chromatography. The EVs are characterized for immunomodulatory properties, cytokine content, and clinical compliance, highlighting their potential for translational and therapeutic use.

Adipose MSCs Suppress MCF7 and MDA-MB-231 Breast Cancer Metastasis and EMT Pathways Leading to Dormancy via Exosomal-miRNAs Following Co-Culture Interaction
This paper discusses the interaction between Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) and cancer cells via exosomal miRNAs in determining the therapeutic role of MSC in treating breast cancer cells and relapse.

Probable impact of age and hypoxia on proliferation and microRNA expression profile of bone marrow-derived human mesenchymal stem cells
This study shows that MSC from old donors exhibited a reduction in proliferation rate and differentiation potential together with the accumulation of senescence features compared to that of young donors. However, MSC cultured under hypoxic condition showed enhanced self-renewing and proliferation capacity in both age groups as compared to normal condition.

Expression of odontogenic markers in stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth treated with perivitelline fluid from horseshoe crab
Stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED) makes an ideal source for mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) for cell-based regenerative therapies due to their ability to differentiate into wide range of cells lineages. Previous studies have shown the potential of perivitelline fluid (PVF) to act as a supplement material in enhancing proliferation of cells and promoting the generation of certain organs due to its high primitive protein content.
